Please provide a complete description of the products, services, activities, or information you plan to offer or promote at the Ontario Equine Expo. Only the products, services, or activities described will be permitted or promoted on site.
All booth prices are listed in CAD and are subject to 13% HST
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Full payment is welcome at any time.
The remaining 50% balance is due by February 26, 2027.
No additional invoice or payment request will be issued for the remaining balance. Registrants are responsible for ensuring their balance is paid by the stated deadline.
A “Paid in Full” invoice/receipt will be provided within two weeks of receiving full payment.
Payment is accepted by e-transfer or cheque. For payment questions, please contact ontarioequineexpo_acc@outlook.com.
Proof of $2 million in third-party liability insurance is required by February 26, 2027.
A late fee of $25 per day may be charged for each day that the outstanding balance and/or required insurance documentation remains overdue. Failure to submit payment or insurance by the required deadline may also result in the cancellation of the vendor’s participation.
Booth locations are subject to change at the discretion of Ontario Equine Expo Event Management
